We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, due to personalisation out current lead time is 5-10 working days before dispatch. Seasonal orders can take up to 4 weeks approximately for dispatch. As of 15/08/2022 majority of our orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail. This gives customers more control over their orders and allows customers to track their orders every step of the way. We share only details which are necessary to the delivery of your order. By placing your order, you confirm to the agreement of such activities. Baby Crafts UK accepts no responsibility for any details entered in error and urge customers to check details are correct before placing their order. *Please note - Baby Crafts UK reserve the right to use any courier/postal service. Baby Crafts UK can only post to address in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.

By placing your order, customers agree that investigations will be launched into missing parcels with our delivery service partners and if suitable evidence is provided by our delivery partners that orders have been delivered Baby Crafts UK will not be able to accept any responsibility if evidence suggests it's successful delivery. If our delivery partners suggest the order is lost within the network then we will inform customers of the next steps.

*Please note Baby Crafts UK accepts no responsibility for any parcels which are returned to us for failed collection/delivery. Orders received back to us will be disposed of if no claim for these items are made within a week of their return date. Redelivery charges and any further charges applied (I.E return to sender charge) from our delivery partners will need to be paid for before the order is sent out again for redelivery. It is the customers responsibility to arrange delivery with our postal partners at a convenient time or date. If safe places are selected neither Baby Crafts UK or our delivery partners are responsible for your parcel once left in these locations. By placing your order you agree to these terms.

 Order note received

All orders are sent using a tracked service by Royal Mail. All customers are notified by Royal Mail of their delivery date and approximate time. It is therefore the customers responsibility to make alternative arrangements if this is not suitable. Customers will be notified by Either E-mail or SMS or both which ever information was provided at checkout. Photographs and GPS will be taken of the successful delivery. If you have not received your order but it say delivered you must contact us within 24 hours of the date & time which is was scanned so that Royal Mail can investigate this. After this time we will be unable to assist. If there is confirmation and evidence of the order being delivered successfully then we will be unable to provide and compensation or refund. We politely ask customer to keep an eye on the tracking information provided by Royal Mail.

Order returned to sender

If your order has been returned to sender please contact us. Please note that all labels are generated automatically using the information customers provide at the Checkout. We cannot accept any responsibility for failed delivery due to incorrect details being provided I.E no house number, Street address, ETC. If you item does come back to us re-postage charges as well as a return to send fee imposed by Royal Mail will be payable by the customer before the order is sent back out. Please check details provided are correct and accurate. 

Delivery To Collection Points/Shops.

Most delivery providers we use will deliver to a local collection point/sorting office where necessary if no arrangement has been made prior if someone is unable to accept the parcel at the location it is sent. If your order has been/scheduled to be delivered to a local collection point then it is your responsibility to make arrangements to collect the order or to make prior arrangements to ensure the successful delivery of your order. This policy enables the most successful delivery results and is the most economical solutions for a successful delivery. 

*Please Note* If you fail to collect your order you will be charged a no a collection fee and a redelivery fee for your order. If you require further assistance into this matter please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. 

Delayed Order(s)

Like anything in life, situations occur without notice and are out of our control. Here at Baby Crafts UK we are no exception. Although delays are unlikely they can still happen. This could be for any reason such as, Weather, Delivery providers delays, Covid-19, Supplier Delays, Legal situations, etc. We try our very best to ensure that if delays happen, they are kept to a minimum and cause as little disruption as possible. If delays do happen on a wide scale we will update our social media platforms as soon as we learn of the incident and will continue to update them as we receive updates on the most recent information we hold. We never want to cause our customers disruption and aim to provide the highest service possible.

Missing Order(s)

Although missing orders are rare, there are times when orders can go missing within the world of the delivery system. As of the 15/08/2022 majority of Baby Crafts UK orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail for better piece of mind to our customers who will be able to track and trace their parcels right to their door as well as being able to chose alternative arrangements for their delivery. Baby Crafts UK cannot accept any responsibility any parcels lost or deemed missing after alternative arrangements are made. Royal Mail track and trace ensure majority of parcels are delivered on time and are delivered successfully to the recipient. Baby Crafts UK reserve the right to use various courier/postal services. Baby Crafts UK will assist in everyway we can of an order has been lost.

Turnaround Times

All turn around times are approximate and should be used as a guideline for turnaround time. Turnaround time does not include delivery times and as such delivery times guides will only be applicable from the time of dispatch. We make every effort to be as clear as possible on turn around times although sometimes these may run over our guided times. We cannot accept any responsibility for items which are needed for a specific date, time or occasion. We advise the earliest purchase for items if required for specific dates although we cannot guarantee this. Our current lead time on orders is 3-5 working days, some items do take longer. This is detailed in item descriptions where applicable and should only be used as a guide. Baby Crafts UK aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and therefore reserve all rights in relation to turnaround times. Please note that if an order contains an item which has a longer estimated turnaround time than others on your order the whole order will be held until the order is complete, we therefore advise customers that you estimate on the longest turnaround time before dispatch if this is applicable. 

Size Guide.

We understand that buying online can always be difficult to know what size to buy. Baby Crafts UK use various suppliers and sizing can vary. We have size guides available for our products and encourage our customers to message prior to ordering if you require a size guide on a particular item. Majority of feedback we receive is that sizing is true to size but ask customers to get in touch prior to ordering if there is any doubt with sizing to obtain size guides.

All photos are used for promotional purposes only. Colours, shades and sizes may vary. Some photos may contain accessories or other items that are sold at additional cost's. Please check the description for further details and options available. 

Caring for your items

All items must be washed prior to first wear or use. We advise that all items are washed no higher than a delicate 30 degree wash and items should not be subject to harsh cleaning chemicals. It is also advisable to add colour captures to prevent colour runs. Please ensure that items are not tumble dried to ensure there kept in perfect condition. For household items or items that cant be machine washed these should be cleaned by hand only with warm water. Dishwasher cleaning is not advised.
