As of 15/08/2022 Baby Crafts UK we dispatch majority of our orders via Royal Mail. This gives you, our customers more control over your orders and better tracking abilities. Royal Mail Tracked service gives our customers full control over the delivery of your parcel. Including leave in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour etc and they will also inform you of your delivery date ensuring you know what's happening with your order every step of the way. 

Please note our current lead time is 5-10 working days before dispatch.

Baby Crafts UK will and reserve the right to use any courier/postal service. Baby Crafts UK can only post to addresses within the United Kingdom. Only details relevant to your delivery will be shared with our partners. *Conditions apply.


 Order note received

All orders are sent using a tracked service by Royal Mail. All customers are notified by Royal Mail of their delivery date and approximate time. It is therefore the customers responsibility to make alternative arrangements if this is not suitable. Customers will be notified by Either E-mail or SMS or both which ever information was provided at checkout. Photographs and GPS will be taken of the successful delivery. If you have not received your order but it states delivered you must contact us within 24 hours of the date & time which is was scanned so that Royal Mail can investigate this. After this time we will be unable to assist. If there is confirmation and evidence of the order being delivered successfully then we will be unable to provide and compensation or a refund. We politely ask customer to keep an eye on the tracking information provided by Royal Mail. You will be notified of delivery updates from Royal Mail via either SMS/Email or both. Therefore, please ensure details you provide are up to date and accurate.

Order returned to sender

If your order has been returned to sender please contact us. Please note that all labels are generated automatically using the information customers provide at the Checkout. We cannot accept any responsibility for failed delivery due to incorrect details being provided I.E no house number, Street address, ETC. If you item does come back to us re-postage charges as well as a return to send fee imposed by Royal Mail will be payable by the customer before the order is sent back out. Please check details provided are correct and accurate.
